Get lost in the flowers of Fioli

How often do you stop and smell the roses? I will boldly suggest you do it as soon as possible. Not only did it help me ease my depression but it filled my broken heart with so much love & joy. When you have a broken heart it is up to you and only you to find ways to mend it. Going on Mini Trips has helped my healing journey and visiting

Fioli Gardens was worth the drive and the $15. The full sixteen acres of majestic beauty had me in awe and it was the perfect girls trip. I took my mom and Daisy along and it was just what we needed. Aside from being in the middle of the pandemic we were grieving and learning how to understand what we were feeling. I heard about the gardens through a colleague and he mentioned it was on his bucket-list and well now it was on mine too. A mini trip tip is jot down everything - places you'd like to visit, food you'd like to try etc. Store it in your notes, on Yelp or on a Google Doc. That way it's easy for you to start going on your own adventures. Before visiting the gardens make sure you map how far you're from Woodside and plan accordingly.

Try and stay for about two hours to really soak everything up. I highly recommend going with a friend and taking the time to catch up. It's a gorgeous place to explore and get lost in. I feel that it will inspire you and it might be a good idea to take a journal and write down some thoughts.

Pack your camera and make sure your phone is charged! You're going to want to photograph almost everything and it's also a great opportunity to find your inner nature photographer.

With love,

Marlu
