Does MARLU LASHES offer wholesale pricing? 

We do not offer wholesale at this time. 

 

Are there bulk order discounts? 

MARLU LASHES has many discounts and promotions available through out the year, please sign up for our newsletter or stay up to date with our Instagram & Facebook page to receive a promo code. 

 

When does MARLU LASHES restock when a product is sold out?

Are your products vegan?

Most of our products are Vegan, if so it will be stated in the product description. 

 

Does MARLU LASHES have an affiliate program?

When will I receive my order confirmation? 

Upon purchase and order confirmation email will be sent. 

 

How are orders shipped? 

MARLU LASHES ships orders via USPS. For international orders USPS will submit package to your country's postal service for delivery. Please be advised MARLU LASHES is not responsible for package mishandling by USPS or delayed orders due to bad weather, holidays, or incomplete personal information. Once the package has left MARLU LASHES facility we are not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. 

 

Does MARLU LASHES ship internationally?

MARLU LASHES offers international shipping to all countries that the US postal Service can ship to. All international shipping rates will be calculated at time of checkout.

How do I know my order has been shipped and how can I track my order?

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once your order is being processed, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation with the expected delivery date if you chose FREE SHIPPING or a tracking number if you chose PRIORITY SHIPPING. You can click on the tracking number to track your order within 24 hours.
