Due to sanitary reasons products of MARLU LASHES are non refundable.

Gifts purchases are non refundable.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the products you purchased or may have received a damaged product please email info@marlusilva.com within 3 days of receiving your package. Please include your order number, a picture of the items, and the address it was shipped to. 

 

If an order has been placed by mistake please contact MARLU LASHES within 24hrs of purchase. Order cancellations will not be accepted after 24hrs.
